  • Photography usage is Perpetual Unlimited for your Own Marketing Purposes as long the Listing is yours. You are NOT granted rights to sell or share photography with different vendors, agents, brokers, owners (other than personal use), design companies, architects or any other third party that might have commercial interest in using the images. If other parties are interested in using the images, we will cut a fair deal for everybody. Prices on this website are exclusive for Real Estate Advertising Purposes.
  
  • All fees and expenses payable are required no later than fifteen (15) business days from the delivery of the Photos and payable irrespective of whether Client makes actual use them. If full payment has not been received within thirty (30) days all rights are revoked at Photographer’s discretion
  
  • Travel fees might be charged in certain cases. Feel free to contact us with any questions.
  
  CANCELLATION POLICY:
  A 24-hour cancellation or reschedule notice is required on all photo shoots. Same-day cancellation or reschedule may incur an additional charge.
